The Story behind Me Thyme!

Me Thyme's Founder, Cherryl, began searching for products that were natural in nature which prompted her to create her own formulas based on herbs and natural products.

By 2008, her company, “Me Thyme,” was launched.

Being an oncology nurse, Cherryl was concerned about the use of parabens in products. A study that was performed in 2004 by English researchers identified parabens in samples of breast tumors. All her products are paraben-free. “We are concerned with what goes in our body, we should also be concerned at what we put on our body,” Cherryl explains. Thus, by incorporating elements that will bring tranquility, we have formulated the most natural and organic products for you to unwind, relax, and enjoy a “Me Thyme experience!”

Shea Butter is naturally rich in Vitamins A, E, & F, which are essential vitamins needed for good skin balance. It is also beneficial for soothing skin irritations, and has been used to heal burns, sores, scars, dermatitis and psoriasis. Shea butter is helpful towards diminishing wrinkles by its great moisturizing properties.

 Additionally, to enhance the relaxation effect of the bath and body products, Cherryl has created a line of clean, fresh, and relaxing scents with her soy candle and soy tart line, all made from pure soybean wax as compared to paraffin wax. While burning, the candles and tarts do not emit toxins, nor unwanted soot in the air. They are biodegradable, burn cooler and slower, and support US farmers and our own economic growth.
